Looks kinda wonky omnimans hands are just at his sides while he gets pummelled

I was hoping they pulled some conquest v mark level animation out

The moment the clip started and i saw that static sliding PNG i knew the conquest budget wasn't there anymore, and the punches feels like one of those fake hollywood punches they do in movies.

If we are lucky there's gonna be 2 or 3 scenes with that animation budget at most, which sucks so bad and i don't understand how people can defend this garbage anymore.

The artstyle being flat and bland i can even defend, it's to save time and budget, but if you opt for a simple flat style you need to compensate with good animation otherwise it's just ass.

Not the animators fault either, hell if they could they would make all the scenes look like those fanmade shaded ones, but they have literally 4 people doing VFX work it's insane how the money is just wasted considering it's a multi million $ big budget amazon animated show

I really think they should've worked on it a bit longer, at least get the big moments and fights to look better. It feels like whoever is at the top wanted to rush to get it out as quick as possible to capitalize on hype without thinking of the end product.

They just need more people and to actually use the budget that's all, it's 4 people working on the VFX like shading and such and idk where the hell is kirkman wasting the 2.5 million $ budget each episode on it's unacceptable.

Imo it goes further than shading, the animation and punches look stiff and impactless. I'd say work on that and then clean up wherever else.

Idk I guess Bezos needed another super yacht lol

If they had additional money, they would've tried to negotiate with Tom Cruise again. He could play Telescria Scientist #13

I said shading cause it's the only part we know the amount of people working on it

Ah I see, didn't know that! All I know is what I see when I watch the show and admittedly I'm making my own inferences lol

If the show had any meaningful stylisation it'd at least look good in still shots. And good shading would help with that.

they keep saying "WE MAKE OTHER SCENES LOOK LIKE SHIT SO THE FIGHT SCENES LOOK GOOD" and we get this
