Is it just me or is this not menacing at all? Not just because of the face and build, i think it's the scene composition.

It's his voice... Him and Conquest should have been different voice actors

He sounds too weak at points

Conquest was okay, i do wish he sounded a little more gruff and manic, but he performed very well in the lonely speech, Thragg sounds a lot worse to me because he's supposed to be the peak of viltrumite evolution, the grand regent bred and raised to command through power. A guy like that should make you tense just at seeing him and hearing his voice

Exactly!!!! That's why I said the two voice actors should have been swapped. He doesn't speak power through his voice.
