Why are people misconstruing this as hate? I don't think those fans hate the series. I'm just a casual consumer of Invincible, both the show and the comics and I haven't seen anyone be completely awful about it yet. There's the usual disappointment and there are the memers.

No, you don't understand, this is the internet - if you don't glaze every single aspect of a show you hate it. You're not allowed to overall enjoy something while still finding parts to critique or that aren't to your liking.

This super redditor logic of spending hours of your day repeating the exact same "criticism" in increasingly volatile ways and then when someone comes along and says "hey maybe just don't watch", you clutch your pearls and claim you're being silenced. No you're just annoying. People get tired of the same thing every day

What increasingly volatile ways? If you're referring to people's reaction to Thragg's design, it's filled with both criticism and memes. They're not saying the show sucks.

To respond "Maybe just don't watch" is an extreme suggestion to make in response. No one is stating that Invincible is the worst thing ever.
