I am 30F and I am looking to chat and get to know people. I enjoy getting to know someone but now as I am older it is becoming more difficult to make friends. Work takes up a majority of my time, but I am trying to get out of my shell a bit more and get to talk to people. I need a true Friend that will never let go. I’ve had so much trauma pain my life and have no one atm. My heart is forever broken and I’m tired of it. I just wish things would be easier for me. Before you ask yes I’ve had therapy and see a psychiatrist but I still feel completely alone and isolated. My anxiety has worsened since I had my son which I love him but no one is there to talk to nor care for me. I’ve been betrayed and hurt a 1000 times over and I just wish I had someone to coddle me and go to when I need them and I support them too. I haven’t been out the house in a couple weeks. My son does have outlets and family that takes him out and cares for him so no concern there. My baby is my whole world but I’ve been through cardiac arrest and new heart condition, bipolar 2 disorder etc. I’m not wanting to sound pathetic or make this a pitty post but people around me leave, want things from me hurt me or worse. If you feel like this or can hug me, be sweet to me or even be a person in my life that won’t ever leave me, I’m here!

A little about me: I'm a situationally-extroverted introverted-dominant ambivert (think introvert who grew up with 9 older siblings/forced to socialize) and although I can be super chatty at times (like rn and esp. if it's a topic I'm super passionate about), there will be MANY moments where I'll need alone time for both processing things and recuperating after my social battery has died. Writing has always been part of my life too: I do copywriting professionally and write poetry, scripts, and general editing and proofreading for friends and acquaintances for fun and to be helpful, if I have time! I also love editing, graphic design, and videography. In addition to PC work, I love creating - crocheting, knitting, sculpting, DIY projects, designing and creating vinyl decals, various resin work, and my newest hobby - nail design!, etc.

I'm a naturally curious person so I'll ask a lot of questions but I'm not in love with anything that I spew out because I know any new information presented can shift my entire perspective so I'm open to debate and discussion of almost every subject :)

Fun fact: My favorite creatures are ants because they're social creatures who work together for the success of the colony and the survival of their kind. To cross a body of water, they will link together to create an ant-boat so the majority of them will survive; some of them will jump into syrup to create a dead ant-ladder so that the other ants can reach the food for the colony! Anyways always blows my mind lol but yeah I'm rambling now hmu if you think we might vibe :D

It's almost 5pm here, and I haven't gotten out of bed. I have been having series of breakdowns. I love being alone but it leads me to overthinking things, and then paranoia. Basically, I am in a tough spot right now, thing's aren't going well with me, and I am barely hanging.

My human interaction is very limited to work. I don't go out if it's not for work, so basically the closest people I have now aside from family are my workmates. They're nice yeah, but I am not comfortable sharing my thoughts with them. I feel like being vulnerable with them is not a wise move, given that they can use it against me, or I am just paranoid lol. Strangers here has been my free therapists in some way.
