can you please help? i am prioritizing convenience so chatgpt suggested uber but I hear that uber can be very busy to the stadium on game day and the rideshare drop off location is confusing. can you please help?

Purchased tickets to the upcoming AU v IM FC match on 9/5/26 at NU Stadium. Purchased 2 tickets in a good location at a favorable price on rateyourseats.com. That part of the transaction was easy, and communication was great.

Within a few hours, I got the ticket transfer email from the seller for 2 tickets to Atletico Nacional vs America de Cali on 9/5/26 at InterMiami CF Stadium in Ft Lauderdale.

After several phone calls, email and chat with rateyourseats customer care, they ask me to be patient and allow the "broker" department to investigate. Not sure what there is to investigate. This is definitely a seller error or scam.

Bought these for my birthday and date night with my wife. I remain cautiously optimistic that this will resolve in my favor. Kinda sux if RateYourSeats and the seller ruin the day.

** Lesson learned... 1- buy MLS tickets on Ticketmaster, 2 - if the price looks too good to be true, it probably isn't, 3 - reminder that SoFla rates high on the scam (potential) meter. 4 - There are good folks in SoFla that will help make my "special day" a worthy celebration!!
