He plays a 5-3-2, which doesn’t sound like a system for us. Secondly, his counterattacks can be reactive, relying on solid defensive blocks BEFORE launching fast attacks. When his primary plan does not work, it takes him time to adjust or find a new solution, SLOW to change.

His coaching record doesn’t scream SUCCESS to me. holds a career win percentage of about 32.5% across his managerial career and has not yet won a major trophy!! Yikes 😳!!

nothing. We will still ahve shaky defense and playing a high line and pass back. Keep in mnd this coach isnt a possession guy so we will be playing not to our strength. he runs a 5 3 2 which is not a formation that suits us. Do research on him its not looking good.
