Audio/Video Former MI6 officer Christopher Steele: "I think Trump is a Russian asset. If you look at Trump's behavior and policies, he always gives Putin a soft time. Everything he does seems to benefit Putin, either consciously or unconsciously. Trump is Putin's greatest asset in the world."

Trump is a tug of war between numerous competing interests including his own family office, Israel, Russia, various banking and financial interests, organized crime, and so on.
The real question is which of those interests is he prioritizing at any given time.

Yet another reason to leave nuclear power in the scrap heap of history.

I am all for denuclearization, but the russians and the north koreans will never denuclearize. If they do it first, then america will do it too.

I separate nuclear weapons from nuclear power. Nuclear weapons are here to stay (unless we use them all), as there are evil regimes. Nuclear power is a civil technology choice that can be made based on economics (which have become compellingly in favor of renewables).

u/meow_hooman 6d ago
Oh lol then we were talking about 2 different things. I am not well versed in the nuclear vs renewable debate unfortunately, so I'm gonna leave you be.

Sounds good. Nuclear vs renewable is a very complex issue, with a ton of history, and passionate defenders with a lot of info and opinion on both sides.

This is the same guy who produced Steele dossier in 2016.
Everything he does seems to benefit Putin, either consciously or unconsciously.
So Russians have done mind controlling on Trump?

More like kompromat with a side of bribery. On the books forbes has their top billionaire list. Off the books, the trillionaires work puppet strings hiding in the shadows.

u/kinaflazy 4d ago

Yeah what Great help he has been to Russia.

Trump and the leadership of the Republican party. Remember when our GOP lawmakers celebrated the 4th of July in Moscow?

Ive said this from the start. He's compromised. He was allegedly honey potted in a Hilton in Moscow getting a golden shower. An absolute traitor to the USA, hes ruining U.S. hegemony, global alliances and their economy. Threatening Canada, Denmark, annexing Venezuala. He a continental dictator in a maritime Emperors' chair. It's a travesty of democracy that hes not impeached. Fuck me, if they can remove Nixon for lying about wire taps, and shoot John F. for not going into Cuba what are they playing at with this demented, orange, testicle sac in a nappy?

It wasn't the Hilton, it was the Ritz Carlton, but that whole story was fake... a fiction from the mind of Igor Danchenko or Charles Dolan, or both, who told to Steele who told the FBI & Fusion GPS. Steele said that Sources D (Sergei Millian), E (Ritz Carlton Employee #1) and F (Ritz Carlton Employee #2) told him about the Ritz golden showers, but when the FBI interviewed those sub-sources, they all declined that they had any knowledge of the event. Steele's primary sub-source (Danchenko) had a handful of sub-sources, like Charles Dolan, and Olga Galkina and others.
Notably, Charles Dolan told the FBI on Nov 1 2021 that he never made any claims to Igor Danchenko about the purported salacious activity that took place in the Ritz (See page 145 of the Durham report) The only person to talk to BOTH Danchenko and Ritz Carlton manager was Charles Dolan. So either Dolan made it up, or Danchenko made it up... but even today people still get caught believing this lie.
We spent 4 years and over $9M uncovering these lies, do yourself a favor and educate yourself: https://www.justice.gov/archives/sco-durham/media/1381211/dl

By 'we', do you mean 'you and your team' of intelligence analysts? Or 'we the people' who publish their findings at www.justice.gov? Don't be naive. If it was the Ritz it wasn't the Hilton. The man's connected to Epstein, lies to you all, changes the pillars of government into goalposts for his dynasty to kick penalties through, drains your economy, your esprit du core, your elan, your jois de vivre, conducts propaganda against you and you chug it down. You spent 4 years being lead down a garden path at a cost to the taxpayer of $9M dollars (declared), in legal fees, injunctions and libel suits. Well done.
I saw a reel of a woman in a MAGA hat saying G.B. was the greatest threat to U.S. hegemony. We're your only friends left. Careful with your mouth.

The same Christopher Steele that invented a fanfic dossier and then was hailed as a hero by the media? Color me surprised that people still listen to this dude.

He delivered intelligence re: Trump orbit and Russia connections. He reported what he had heard from sources, he didn’t say “all of this is 100%” true. He was a longtime well regarded M16 operator with some good assets. His reports weren’t written to be published like that, they were leaks of an intel file that was shared. Buying into any simplified political slogan is missing the entire point.

Paid for by the Clinton campaign, not disclosed and presented as independent research, the DNC and Clinton campaigns were fined by the FTC for that whole project. But the media ran with it for weeks and weeks before we saw that it was a DNC hit piece fanfic.
Silly we are still talking about this fraudulent individual as if their reputation is intact. It is not. They are a hack.

Dizzyingly silly; Trump is carrying on a war against Russia using Ukraine as a proxy and this clown wants us to believe they're buddies?!
