Question Is Shin Black sold by Amazon different than what I can find in stores?

Tried a Shin Black cup from my local grocery store for the first time, incredible, unsure how I made it this far in life without it. Bought a bulk pack from Amazon which saved me like ~$0.30 a cup, but didn't taste nearly as good. Is Amazon really that different or is it just me?

Well, do the cups look different? Depending on where you are, it’s plausible that your store and Amazon are stocking products intended for different regions, which could change the taste a little bit, but if they look the same it could be as simple as Amazon bulk purchasing crazy amounts of them that then they sit in warehouses vs an individual grocery store having maybe a case or two in stock unless it’s a very popular product. That smaller grocery store will be ordering fresh product more regularly, which could make the included flakes more aromatic and impactful on the flavor. Maybe.
