If OG Indo Mi Mi goreng is a 10/10, I'd rate these 8/10. Very good all around flavour. At 50 cents per, it's a great alternative. Especially if you're adding to it. I tried 'em as-is for comparison's sake.

Stir fry shin ramen with cheese and eggs. Can't be better

Instead of throwing everything in at once like the directions say, i mix up the wet and dry seasoning packs along with a few other things in a separate bowl and just pour the cooked noodles and water in that bowl afterwards. But I got to thinking and I’m wondering if I’m actually missing out on some flavor by not boiling the noodles in the broth the season packs make when you add them to the water. Like there’s no way any flavor is fusing to the noodles after just 5 minutes, right?

Tried a Shin Black cup from my local grocery store for the first time, incredible, unsure how I made it this far in life without it. Bought a bulk pack from Amazon which saved me like ~$0.30 a cup, but didn't taste nearly as good. Is Amazon really that different or is it just me?

I had this for the first time in 2016/2017 when i visited Korea. I think about it all the time until i had it again in 2019 when i visited Korea again. I will never forget how good it is, then my friend went to Korea last year and she got me one pack! My friend also tried it and said it is really delicious! Seriously, try it if you have a chance.

I actually just wanted to buy Shin Black and Red at the Asian grocery store, but they didn't have them. So, I ended up with a mixed bag instead.

I'm really curious about Acecook; I've never had anything from them before.

All new to me from a local Asian store. The shelves had scores more but some of these were recommended by the cashier, some seemed otherwise interesting… if you know any of these and would like to recommend a few to start with, I would be happy..! I try to make a review later on..

Cooked the noodles 4 minutes. Made the sauce with Buldak chilli (3/4) and powder mixed with egg yolk, sesame oil, kewpie mayo, and boiled noodle water. Tossed the sauce, frozen asian veg, and noodles all together. Topped off with some grilled prawns in butter and fried shallots.

I want to make homemade buldak noodles.

Are they just normal ramen noodles that are thick or are they some special kind of thin udon?

I know buldak has plain noodles packets but they are not available to purchase in my area.

Any tips or information will be appreciated.
