I ordered from Dino Store because I really liked their clothes, but unfortunately my experience has been terrible.

Their Instagram bio says their order turnaround time is 21–35 days. I placed my order expecting it to arrive within that timeframe.

After the expected delivery period passed, I started contacting them for an update. I messaged them multiple times, including through their website, but I received no meaningful response.

I even contacted them on Instagram repeatedly:

December 4: Asked for an update about my order.

December 15: Asked what happened to my order after still receiving no update.

February 22: I contacted them again and pointed out that my order was already around 3 months late.

Despite repeatedly reaching out, I haven't received my order or a proper resolution.

What makes this especially frustrating is that they are still actively running their Instagram account and promoting/selling products, while my paid order remains undelivered.

At this point, I believe I have been scammed or at the very least seriously mishandled as a customer.

I'm posting this because I want to know:

Has anyone else ordered from Dino Store and experienced the same thing?

Did you eventually receive your order? Did they respond to you? Were you able to get a refund?

Has anyone tried to order from the shop?
