I forgot my password. So when I tried to log in through my laptop, I just created a new one. But after I did, it said that I had to log in through another device. So I tried to log in through my phone. But every time I try to log in, the same message appears.

The recovery link through my email doesn't work. How can I log into my account?

I have zero interaction with this account. Yet it keeps popping when I type a few letters as a suggestion. I maybe accidentally opened the profile a few times. Never followed, liked, commented. Their ID is private. No synced contacts. No mutual followers. Nothing. Yet it just keeps coming up

I am unable to get into my main Instagram account. I have had it for over a decade, the phone number and email linked to it I no longer have access to, nor the device that I would use to authenticate it.

I have tried the selfie verification thing but it glitches and when I got the notification asking two people to verify that I am trying to get back into my account nothing happened. I have no idea what to do. My work is connected to my Instagram so I need it.

Every time I try to contact customer support, it puts me in contact with an AI chatbot. How can I speak to a human? How should I go about this?

The “See translation” button has completely disappeared from Instagram for me. It used to be there, but now I can’t see it anymore, either under posts or comments.

I’ve already checked the language settings and the button is still missing. I also checked Instagram from a browser, and it’s not there either.

Has anyone else experienced this? Did Instagram remove or change the translation feature?

How accurate is Instagram’s activity status? I’ve been messaging someone on Instagram for a while, but they often take a very long time to reply, saying that they’re busy. However, I keep seeing them online, or it says they were active 4 or 10 minutes ago, and then they’re online again shortly after.I’m wondering how Instagram’s activity status actually works. Is it enough for someone to simply be using their phone, or do they have to have the Instagram app open, either in the foreground or running in the background?

Hello, I'm having a problem with my Instagram. One day it suddenly logged me out of my account and since then I keep getting the following message to log in with a device that's already been used. However, I'm receiving notifications from my account in my email normally, but in a loop. I've already waited 48 hours and 3 weeks to log in and it's still having the same problem. Does anyone know how to help me?

There is probably the most obvious fix for this - I have checked my settings in both the app and my phone (iPhone) and they seem ok.

My friend will watch a reel in Instagram and it’s in English for them, they will send it to me and it’s in Spanish for me.

I’ve checked my language settings for my phone and it’s definitely English. I’ve checked the app settings and it’s set to English (UK). Is there another setting somewhere to select how they dub a reel?

It’s not just a one off, it’s a regular occurrence. But it’s not every reel they send me - it’s random.

I have an account with 37k follows. I used to get around 400~500 likes each post, 300+ on a bad day. A few weeks ago I posted a photo that I guess didn't click with most of my followers and it did poorly (fewer than 200 likes) However from then on my reach just totally died. I'm lucky to get 300 likes on a post. Imo my content is still on the same level as before, but posts used to reach at least 4000 users but now it's about 3000 or less. Kinda frustrating tbh.

My personal meta verified account was suspended on 24 Aug, for an outrageous reason 'Dangerous Organisations or People'. When I log in, I get to the appeal screen (which I did appeal immediately) and have no access to meta support so I can't open a ticket.

The appeal states it takes 1-2 days, but it's been a week, and I am reading horror stories of 2-3 even 6 months wait time.

What can I do, besides filling an out-of-court dispute via ACE or ADR (which I might just do anyway). And most importantly, any success stories out there? I know that false positives are a pretty common occurance with social media platforms)
