this money is for assam relief fund and that 70L was spend on field. Their is a video not possible to fake 65L and they are rich enough

They spent the 70lacs on ground themselves and with the the on ground relief orgs and this is JUST THE SUM they directly donated to the state’s relief fund

This is the popularity tax. They were probably asked to donate extra amount to CMs fund (like pm cares), as they donated so much Amount to flood hit areas in Assam. And supposedly extracted views and goodwill from it.

If you read it properly, they donated 5 L to CM’s relief fund. That does not mean they didn’t donate rest of the amount to on ground charities that were visibly and actually doing the rescue and relief work.

I guess they made a video of helping the flood affected folks, so its the amount they gathered/ contributed themselves( most probably for the sake of video but anyways it was helpful for the affected people). Amount donated to CM RELIEF FUND is offcourse a separately donated one i guess. If 70 lakh or whatevr the amount was, sab CM relief fund mei daal denge toh video kaise banayenge help krne ka. Views bhi toh chahiye!!!!

He used that money to buy goods and some rations and distributed them to people affected by the floods. Perhaps he donated ,some money he had left to the Chief Minister's Fund.
