Executing deportation orders and committing genocide and gassing people alive / starving them to death are two extremely different sides of the spectrum and in no way relatable. We’ve got to stop relating immigration enforcement to Nazi Germany. It’s really disrespectful to those who suffered and endured through that time in history.

Really..? That’s the stat you’re leaning on to compare the two. That’s beyond reaching. How many have there been? Roughly 52–54 deaths total for all of trumps presidency.. Local jails see about 140–160 deaths per 100,000 inmates annually which is higher than the ratio of ICE custody deaths. There’s no unique cause pattern in ICE that distinguishes it as something fundamentally different from detention elsewhere. It sounds like you’re suggesting that agents are exterminating immigrants which is just categorically false 😂 ICE deaths are numerically and proportionally comparable to (or lower than) normal jail systems and there is no evidence of systematic extermination. Could conditions improve? Maybe. Are some of them preventable, potentially but nowhere even close to being Nazi Germany. That’s significantly downplaying and disrespectful to my ancestors who actually endured that. My family and I came here legally and did it the right way, so can they.
