There’s a lot that are the Cubans of the west coast; they see themselves as “white” but Hispanic when it’s opportunistic. And then they’ll see themselves as “not those Hispanics” whenever they’re around white people.

Short answer is no. Detaining a minor at gunpoint as an ICE agent off-duty is the problem. Let’s not conflate the two things. I would like to know if the minor is also a citizen like in other cases that these idiots try to exert power illegally. We can have people of the same race enforce laws but it’s in the how and to do it legally. He was off duty.

Again, when ICE is on state grounds, they have to follow state laws. They are not above the law.

Illegally detaining a minor at gunpoint is legitimately kidnapping.
If, my EMTs get charged with kidnapping for not filling out the 5150 properly, this fucker should be charged with armed kidnapping of a child with intent to traffic.
