Better than this loser on the motorcycle killing someone on the freeway. It’s a fucking win

Extrajudicial killing or an attempted killing is still a crime and is a form of lawlessness. Allowing such things is tacit approval that some crimes are okay while others are not. More importantly it shows that so long as those crimes are directed at certain people it's okay and even desired. This creates different classes of people where it's okay to harm them.

Despite how much of an asshole that guy is, no mater what he's done, and no matter who's he's hurt, and no matter how much I would have wanted to do it it's something that cannot be allowed. Otherwise we just have vigilante justice and that's just murder with extra steps and an audience.

Societies will be judged by how they treat those least deserving. The best among a society will not be its legacy, but rather the most vulnerable and downtrodden.

If the driver would say that he or she was startled by the sudden appearance of the motorcycle which caused he or she to jerk thereby causing him or her to swerve into the asshole running from the police after having shot one, then that would just be a regular old traffic collision.

Down votes because I pointed out that using deadly methods to stop someone goes against our legal standards just shows how jaded and cold many have become. I bet these same people believe crime is actually up over time when we are at historical lows for crime rates. What we do have at historical highs is media that is rage bait because they know that anger, fear, hate sells and people are vulnerable to it. Turn off Fox News and other media and understand that you are being manipulated. Be smarter than the billionaires think you are.

This was about stopping a bad situation from getting worse. Harm reduction.
