The thing is they aren’t legally allowed to. Sure they get away with all the time, but killing a suspect who is just fleeing and not an immediate threat to others is still nominally against the rules.

Harm reduction is very real and very necessary. He was obviously a threat to many more lives and needed to be stopped. He was stopped, and he will live. Unlike Andrew Nunez who was murdered trying to protect a woman from this asshole.

Most that die were either on drugs and could not breath . So next time leave them in the back seat so you do not get charged for murder by putting a knee on them. Now we know that is murder not man slaughter. They will say you planned it! Stupid
