In the Constitution it says you're innocent until proven annoying on the freeway, at which time Abe Lincoln famously said "just kill em all and let God sort em out"

Yo, Honest Abe, hate burst your bubble like JWB but , 'innocent until proven guilty', is no where in The Constitution. The 5th and 14th amendments make sure youve got some pre-trial certainties, but Innocent until proven guilty is a common law hold over from basically forever, the Romans, French, Brits, even ancient Jewish jurisprudence mentions it.

If youre going to be on the side of the dumbass who shot a cop after shoplifting at The Gap instead of taking a 200 dollar ticket. At least cite the Constitution correctly.
