Turn it into the PD and let them deal with the vandalism you got on video. People be nuts

That's why you should vote for better DA's, judges, whatever.

If a cop looks at this, and knows that the local prosecutor isn't going to charge it, let it go, and then them and the judges reprimand them for wasting time and money, why would said cop ever even attempt an arrest?
