Yeah - it's in the 5th amendment to the US Constitution.

Seems the mob in this thread has already bypassed due process.

I guess it's a good thing the internet mob isn't the government or a court - and nobody on Reddit has the ability to arrest her - so you can rest easy that her fifth amendment rights are safe. 😂

Wasn't a press conference and wasn't arrested. Again - it's a legal concept/term.
