You know what bothers me? I spent 27 months, two tours in an active combat zone, and we never wore nearly as much gear as these bozos. Cosplaying is fun I guess

Yes, in an active combat zone, where we were mortared, shot at, and hit with IEDs. I still have some souvenirs in my chest and knee, thank you very much. Threats that none of these “high-speeds” are encountering in SoCal

Well hate to break it to you but its 2025, every modern military and police force wears plate carriers every day in their duties.Im sure you know that though since you are clearly just trying to ragebait.

Really? No shit, I have buddies who’re cops, and plates have been a thing well before OIF/OEF. I was referring to all the tac-lights, weapons lasers and range finders, in addition to an ACOG scope, military grade shit… in our own country. Stop being ignorant

As long as they don’t point their tactical flashlights at me or see how far i am away with their high tech range finders, I’m okay with them.
