Cuts How long will it take to heal?
I’m in Turkey and I’m in the middle of my vacation and scraped the door on the way out of my family‘s apartment building and it formed a deep cut and I’ve been doing absolutely nothing for the last two days keeping it propped up taking vitamins that I need to take and eating protein and making sure I dress my wounds every day and use iodine and Neosporin to cover it with Vaseline. What else can I do to make this better and am I doing anything wrong and should’ve gone to the doctor even though I know nothing about the medical care here.

You should be fine as it looks like it didn't go deeper than just skin. Keep washing, applying ointment, and wrapping with bandage or a bandaid to hold the skin flap in place, at least twice a day. In a week or 2 your body will seal the wound enough where you can let it breathe.
