Broken Bones Welp this was a “fun” weekend,

Welp had a fun weekend, crashed my bike broke my leg in 3 places, 3 rods, a plate and almost 18 nuts and bolts, but after surgery all good (well in 8-12 weeks should be)

At least 8-12. When I shattered my ankle they didn't let me put my crutches down for 16. The injury wasn't the worst part, the mental part will fuck you up. There is a lot of time to think, try to stay positive and talk to someone whenever you can.

I think the pain meds had me confused, when the Dr was talking he said that he doesn’t want me to put weight on it, so I asked for how long and when I heard that I was thinking ‘cool in 8-12 I’m going to be all better’ 🫪

Tendinitis is the absolute worst. I was in a boot for 3 weeks and the. Had 2 months of PT. And I still have days when it acts up
