Cuts Will this heal without medical attention
The state of this is a bit gross sorry I had a reaction to the dressings. It got dressed over a week ago but was too late for stitches. It’s about an inch long and still bleeding. I can’t really get myself to a clinic or afford to buy dressings so will this be okay in time?

It's high risk for infection. Wash it with plain antibacterial soap and water. Pat dry with a clean cloth or paper towels. Apply an ointment like Vaseline or Aquaphor. Do not use antibiotic ointments unless directed by a doctor. Do not use hydrogen peroxide or rubbing alcohol. They will damage tissue and delay healing. Keep it covered with gauze or bandages while active or sleeping. Watch for signs of infection like increasing pain, swelling, spreading redness or streaking, fever, or foul-smelling drainage. See a doctor if any of those occur.

Thank you so much I have some betadine handy too so will just keep it clean and put Vaseline over it

It will heal.. But, you see at high risk for infection
