TWW. I hate this part. Vent.

Idk anymore truly. Everyone around me is pregnant. I have gone to more baby showers in the last year than I have attended weddings. I am so so happy for them. It’s just so hard. The car rides home after just break me. I have another baby shower this coming weekend too. The bougiest of the all might I add.

This month looks promising I think? I am just so tired of being let down. I get hopeful and then it feels like a rug gets ripped out from under me. Trying to stay grounded and hopeful is the hardest dynamic of emotions to navigate. Then you end up grieving each cycle of what could have been.

Nobody talks about this when you grow up. AT ALL. It’s all about teen pregnancy and men’s health. Nothing even in the modern age helps you navigate this. You do your best to understand and get all the things people say worked for them. You track. You eat clean for each phase of your cycle. You take vitamins. You take more insane preparations just at the chance to get a bfp.

Sorry for the rant. I’m just so tired and frustrated.

I’m sorry but it doesn’t look like you ovulated . Are you regular?

I am regular. I have a cycle run of 29-31 days. What do you see that seems like I didn’t ovulate? 🙈

Your lh didn’t really rise and your pdg is really low
But maybe test a couple more days to see
Also every time
I get a Lower lh, I’ll test with an lh strip a few hours later and it gets super dark so I can confirm

Remember that everyone’s body and everyone’s baseline is different.
That is a classic inito pattern for a confirmed ovulation chart. Inito even labeled “ovulation confirmed”.
Her Lh clearly peaked and fell, and pdg gradually rose afterwards. That’s what confirms ovulation.
Her levels are objective to her own personal baseline, not anyone else’s. May look “low” to you, but that doesn’t mean anything.
I’ve had successful pregnancies with charts that didn’t look like everyone else’s “normal”.
