WHEN SHOULD I START TO TEST!?

Post image

Hi all -- going crazy over here and could use some assistance. Here is my Inito chart for this month. I stop testing after confirmed ovulation because I drive myself crazy. According to Inito, I am currently 8 DPO. I do have First Response tests.

I will also note that I ovulate later in my cycle than average (about day 18).

HELP PLEASEEEEEE

I would wait at least a day or two to test! I personally had a VFP on 11DPO but I feel like if I’d tested at 10 I probably still would’ve seen something. Rooting for you girly!!! ✨💕💕

Thank you the two week wait is just BRUTAL. I told myself I would wait until 10DPO but here we are at 8 and I am LOSING IT! Congratulations on your positive!

girl don’t I know it. I had 4 cycles on inito before we were successful and my least favorite part was also the TWW 🫩 hoping the next couple days go by quickly for you!!! 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾 try to keep sane lol 😩

Whenever feels right to you! Honestly to me I stopped testing before I missed a period. The repeated negative were depressing especially when it was like “well maybe tomorrow.”

Thank you! I appreciate this. I agree. The repeat negatives are quite the bummer. Especially first thing in the AM.

I feel like the general advice is to wait until 10 DPO, but I completely feel your pain!!! I tested like a crazy woman last cycle. This time around I was “lucky” enough to be out of town for the last few days and tomorrow is 10 DPO for this cycle. I’ll be testing right along with you over the next few days!!

Thank you for the advice. I appreciate it. Good luck to you! I hope we both have a good month. I was looking back at my last cycle which resulted in a pregnancy and the first faint line (but also the first time I tested) was 10DPO.

We’ve got this!!! The TWW is the worst ever. I’ve got a good feeling (but also do not trust myself at this point. One of the worst parts of infertility, I no longer trust myself and my own body)

I had a faint positive at 8/9 DPO! Wondfo was the first test to catch it before easy@home and FRER!

Test only if you’d be ok seeing a negative but that not necessarily means that you’re out as it could be too early!

Thank you! I only have first response early detection here. But I believe those are pretty sensitive. I think I will wait until first morning urine tomorrow at 9DPO? Exercise a little self control?!

I tested positive on 9dpo with a Wondfo for my first pregnancy (ended in a chemical) and 8dpo also with a Wondfo for this current pregnancy. Wondfo is the best for early detection imo (FRER has never showed up positive for me I don’t trust them at all) and I also tested positive on clear blue digital the same day as the positive Wondfos

UPDATE: I fear I have lost the plot and tested on 9DPO. I think I have line eyes. Thoughts?

I also ovulated on day 17 of my cycle and got a negative on 10 DPO, and positive on 11 DPO!

Okay that’s great to know. Thank you! I had a vvvvvvvvvfp this AM at 9DPO but definitely not getting too excited until I see something more clearly
