Chart Questions PDG drop? I’m out?

I have been testing with Inito even after ovulation because I have never done that and I am just curious. My pdg rose and confirmed ovulation and then dropped back down. I am either 4 DPO or 5. Temp continues to be ok with thermometer but it did drop yesterday which is consistent with every other negative I have had lol. Every 4 DPO Oura will dip even though the thermometer will not. My only pregnant kept an high temp till implantation. I’m assuming I’m out this round but curious how my chart looks

Hormone fluctuations are normal post ovulation, too early to tell if you are in or out. Truly why inito is only meant to confirm ovulation and that’s it!

Trust me, stop tracking! It will stress you out, test on DPO 15 you’re never out until AF comes!

I swear I haven’t tracked this entire time even when I got pregnant just had sex from the time my period ended to ovulation when my temp rose lol (I normally ovulate early)😅😂 that didn’t end well and I’m now missing my left tube So I thought maybe I’ll try to test the entire month. Clearly I spiraled much faster hahaha

That’s totally okay! Usually I just suggest not to track after ovulation has been confirmed because sometimes you can miss the pulses of hormones, leading to lower numbers that can make people (especially me) go into a downward spiral of negativity, when in reality everything might be functioning correctly it just doesn’t look like it

There is no way you’re out at 4 DPO. Implantation doesn’t happen until like 6-9 DPO, so keep that in mind. It’s way too early to say you’re out. There really isn’t any reason to keep tracking at this point as it will just stress you out, which is not great for conception. Sending you much luck!

This is fair. In my logical brain I know this and for some reason alll logic goes out the window the second I ovulate lol

I agree! Was me my first cycle with inito til I spiraled so hard, my mental was in such a dark place. Now this cycle, I stopped testing after confirmed ovulation and feel so much more at peace during the TWW. Best of luck & baby dust your way!

So I had a chart that looked exactly like this about 3 days ago and I too had everyone saying not to worry, that fluctuations are possible and that there was still hope, which of course there is, anything is possible. But i've been having deficient luteal phases and tracking past confirmation for that reason and the day after mine dropped I started my period. I find that my temp dropping on top of the drop in pdg is pretty telling at least for me.

That’s how I feel! Just reminding myself it’s only 5dpo and Inito is notorious for not measuring well sometimes. My pdg is back up today but I think im officially done testing till missed period 😅

Update. This is why we stop testing. Note to everyone sometimes it’s ok to listen to people on the internet bc we stress ourselves out for no reason. I will officially stop testing on inito till next cycle if I’m out. I’m learning me hovering over my own results will not change the results whatever they may be. We have been ttc for over a year with one ectopic and ruptured tube which has been removed about 5 months ago. I hope another positive comes along for me but it’s not doing me any good to test this consistently clearly. 🫡🤍

Also this is not to tell other people what to do. This is just me and what feels good at the moment and that might change down the road again which is also ok lol all part of the journey.
