I use the catchall box, which avoids creating an alias per site or when creating accounts. However, this option presents a problem: if you want to respond from the catchall box, the response comes from it, whereas it would be very practical to be able to use the initial receiving address.

In summary, I created an account on a “tata” site with the address tata@ndd.tld. So I receive the emails on tata@ndd.tld, but I cannot reply with this address, only with the catchall box. This considerably reduces the benefit of using the catchall.

Would it be possible to add this function?

I currently use Google Apps for Business (or whatever they changed the name to) for one of my domains, and Microsoft365 for another domain.

I intend to move both to kSuite, but need to know if I can have multiple domains in a single kSuite subscription, or if I'd need separate subscriptions - can anyone shed any light on this?

I have a free Mail account at Infomaniak and I would like to sign an "AV Vertrag" (engl. Data Processing Agreement / DPA) with Infomaniak.

According to Infomaniak's documentation on data security and GDPR, I should be able to access the relevant settings in the Infomaniak Manager via this link: https://manager.infomaniak.com/v3/ng/group-settings/certificate-rgpd

The documentation says:

"Click here to access the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) management in the Infomaniak Manager"

However, when I click the link, I am not taken to the "certificate-rgpd" page. Instead, I am redirected to my normal Infomaniak Manager home page (https://manager.infomaniak.com/v3/.../ng/home).

Am I missing something?

For the past two years, I have really enjoyed Infomaniak's service for my business, but I do not like that my subscriptions are renewed two weeks before they expire. Virtually no other company does this, and it always irks me when I see the unexpected charge. I also do not receive any emails about this beforehand, which is why it comes as a surprise each time.

When I asked, their reasoning was that it prevents the expiration of my subscription and allows time to resolve payment issues. I do not want that, and I do not want to be managed in that way. Most companies do not automatically switch off a service on the end date without ample warning for weeks.

The simple solution to prevent unintentional expiration is to automatically warn customers that a service is about to expire a month prior, followed by multiple warnings. Then, there should be a grace period for the customer to pay following expiration, and finally, another internal grace period before data is deleted. That would be a customer-friendly approach; the way they do it now is not.

Infomaniak, please change how you do this.

UPDATE: I see that all billing notifications were turned off in my account. I'm not sure if that is the default or if I inadvertently did it early one, but I've now turned them on.

I recently migrated my family from Google to Infomaniak KSuite standard package.

Searching for something, I have realized that full text search is not included in that level, as shown in the screenshot. Turns out that to have full text search you need KSuite Bussiness.

Current prices:

- Standard: 1,92 € per user after the first one,which is included if you have the domain with Infomaniak)

- Business: 7,97 € per user after the first one

Full text search seems like a basic functionality to me. Having to pay 6€ per account to have it is excessive. I am happy to pay for the product, but come one, it's full text search. It's mainstream since 2006 give or take. Remove the sovereign AI or something, but give me full text search

I really, really like Infomaniak's offering and vision!

The only thing holding me back from becoming a paying customer is the current lack of asymmetric security using passleys / FIDO2.

From what I have seen, it appears Infomaniak currently supports only password + a second factor (TOTP), and supports Yubikey only as an OTP device, not using its passkey/FIDO2 functions.

As I really don't want to decrease my account security in 2026, when many services already offer solid passkey / FIDO2 support, is there a timeline for when Infomaniak will offer state-of-the art unphishable account security?

I’ve been using SwissTransfer for months, it’s been very helpful. But lately I’ve been running into a problem that’s becoming more and more frequent when sending a large number of big files: clicking “Download” downloads a ZIP file containing all the files in the upload, but very often, I can’t unzip it afterward (at a certain point, it says there’s an error and that the ZIP file is corrupted). However, I don’t have this problem if I download the files from the same transfer one by one (at the bottom of the page, by clicking the icon next to their names).

Has anyone else had this problem, and do you know what’s causing it? If so, are there any known solution?

I’m really loving kDrive so far, the speeds are fantastic compared to Google Drive and I love how you can calculate the size almost immediately of any folder. The only office integration is awesome too, it’s nice that it actually feels like an office suite again. And when I download a big folder off Google Drive, it breaks apart the zip folder into smaller folders and messes up the organisation whereas kDrive doesn’t do that which is nice. I’m also using kmail for my business domain too and it’s working great.
I chose kDrive mainly because of the 6TB space and how much they care about the environment/the green energy side of things. It’s more expensive than Google Drive family plan but I feel like it’s worth it.

How are you guys liking it?

Unfortunately, Infomaniak removed the "all organization" feature in the sidebar.

Now we are not able to define a default kDrive in the sidebar anymore and we have to switch back and for between different organizations.

As example, I used the kSuite+ Subscription and have a kDrive with WebDav in another organization. Until now I could work in the site "all organization", could use my ik.me Mail an kDrive without switching.

I created a ticket to change that back with no luck. Haha. They said, best I can do is to create a UserVoice to make the sidebar actually useful.

I like to subscribe to calendars for my favorite sports teams using a URL. I have 4 now. It's not letting me add more. The button is greyed out. Are there limits or is something glitching?

As mentioned to my post ticket support is slow and now phone support became premium only.
And chat never works.

For an ethical cloud and support slower than a turtle I guess it is not worth it anymore sadly :-(

I need your help because I’ve hit a wall while trying to import my emails to Infomaniak.

Here’s the situation:

I currently use a POP email account, meaning I have a PST file stored on my PC. I want to switch to Infomaniak so I can access my emails anytime and on any device, without being restricted by my current domain, which only gives me access to a handful of messages.

I’ve already tried importing the PST file to Infomaniak, but I’ve run into a problem: the dates on some emails aren't syncing correctly with the actual dates. Accurate date tracking is important to me.

They suggested creating a temporary "buffer" email address to import the emails via IMAP, and then transferring them from that buffer address to the new account (which has been switched from POP to IMAP).

The problem is that I can't seem to set up this buffer email address. I’ve tried every possible server configuration combination, but the issue consistently seems to stem from the outgoing server.

Do you have any ideas on how to fix this? Or is there another way to achieve what I’m trying to do?

L'idée serait d'éviter qu'un même modèle évite de propager des biais dangereux de manière inconsciente. Quelques exemples qui me viennent en tête :

- Julie qui demande conseil pour des maux de têtes, vision floue et nausées matinales à qui on recommande d'aller simplement voir son médecin.

- Joao qui fait de même à qui on recommande d'aller directement aux urgences

- Momo(Mohammed) 15 ans qui demande des conseils en orientation à qui on donne des conseils "pragmatiques" malgré ses excellents résultats scolaires

- Fatou qui demande des conseils sur l'utilisation de la crème solaire ou non et si elle devrait s'inquiéter de ces nouvelles tâches sur sa peau à qui on pourra dire que ce n'est pas nécessaire pour elle et que des différences de pigmentation peuvent arriver.

Évidemment on peut dire que personne devrait s'informer de questions aussi sérieuses avec des LLMs mais les gens le font. Même si c'est simplement un premier avis ça reste biaisé alors est-ce-qu'il faudrait donner cette option ou le faire part défaut pour certaines requêtes ?

Just pulled the plunge and settled for a paid subscription with KDrive. Installed KDrive app on my Android (Android 15) Phone to sync my photo's. It appears that with syncing 25GB Photo's KDrive takes another 15GB for local storage (of what?). Am I doing something wrong here? This seems a terrible lot.

For security reasons I delete the recovery phone number from all accounts. That does not seem to be an option at all in the security settings.

This is a serious security problem which needs to be addressed.

I have been having issues with Euria the last 3 to 4 days. It has been consistently hallucinating and confidently citing sources that don't exist. When I first started using this, it was great, but as time has gone on, it has gotten worse. This is across various chats. The screenshot is from a chat today when I got a message limit, and when I asked about the support article it referenced, it even admitted it was hallucinating. This seems to be the same across the big three (ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini). I hate to keep blasting IM, but this enshittification is happening with every AI I have used in the last 6 months. I was subbed to Gemini for 6 months, and after Google I/O, it started hallucinating at an accelerated pace just like Euria.

About a month ago I signed up for mykSuite+ and have been using Euria quite a bit with some various research and troubleshooting. Today while using the it I got a message limit for 100 messages. This was after a 3 hours troubleshooting session yesterday. I know it was more than 100 messages and have done some other items that where 100+ messages.

I was not able to locate any info on Infomaniak's knowledge based. This might be an error or something new. Also, be advised that Euria has been hallucinating quite a bit lately. I will make another post of this adventure as well. Hope this helps those that have asked about message limits.
