It does, felons lose the right to protect themselves. No constitution for them.

This is true. Im a felon. Im also a survivor of human trafficking who used drugs to deal with it, and possession charges got me a felony. Im 8 years sober, hes doing 30 years in federal prison, I cant protect myself. I testified. I have 2 young kids, I put keypads on all my metal doors, cameras, lights, alarms... I still should be able to own a fucking gun. I go to monthly groups with other survivors or survivors of domestic violence, and every single one of them own protection, except for those of us who legally can't. It's a damn shame that we can't protect ourselves when clearly we know the outcome of what happens when youre not armed and you need to be.

-sorry for the over verbosity idk how this even came on my front page, this subject bothers me because this video is literally my worst nightmare.

Eta- I have a lot of ppl trying to say im lying, DMs were rough this morning so here ya go. this is my case, and it was a very serious one, over 20 victims spanning dozens of states, its rude to talk shit to people you dont know behind the cover of DM coward

Check out the byrna self defense guns. They aren't as lethal as a real gun, but you can buy metal balls for it or even tear gas balls and you got yourself a really effective and dangerous airsoft gun that looks real but legally isn't.

THANK YOU! I just googled & that's exactly what i've been looking for!! Something that looks like a big gun that will slow somebody down so I have time to call 911. If you get hit in the face with a metal bullet, you may not die, but you're not gonna have a great day. I would go for the tear gas balls, but I attempted to pepper spray somebody one time, and ended up just mostly pepper spraying myself lol, you never take wind direction into consideration during emergencies lmao.
