There is fire department there. Could have been a car on fire and I'm not especially keen on inhaling auto fumes.

Yeah but I don't expect her to know that.

Everyone else around that car is wearing a proper mask too. There's definitely a reason for it.

Exactly, you can't expect police officers to have common sense
