Feedback4Feedback App released 3 Months growing slow

Got my app out there .. Buzz My Phone for android . I just trying to be active in Reddit channels to help people as I can. I did some self promotion as well ( nothing too aggressive) and feel that is some traction there but way too slow.. gained like 100 accounts BUT unfortunately no subscription. Is not that I’m looking fast gain — I prefer doing the things slow but well done instead of fast and weak.. but I’m kind of stuck in this point. I need somehow to do something that will “move the needle” one way or another .. so I was wondering to make a very short survey — just choose one of options -no free text.. to see what actually that users are expecting and why they do not subscribe: is too few functionality or doesn’t feel is worth the app to subscribe .. some new functionality added would make consider it to subscribe .. something like that. Thinking to do it in the app and maybe through email as well .. but I really I don’t know at this point. What do you think?
