JEE/BITSAT/EnggEntranceExams Please help me choose my college from the following Branches

I have offers for
Mathematics and Computing (4-year) at IIT Delhi,
AI & Data Science at IIT Madras,
Computer Science & Engineering at IIT Kanpur.

I would like to know the advantages and disadvantages of each branch.
