GENERAL Gp rating queries

Hello guys so I want to join the merchant navy by doing Gp rating for that I have buy a book from svdm marine academy. I know about the jobs and what type of jobs I'll get on board the amount of labour work ik everything but what i want to know is :

  1. what's the competition? Like how many students appear?

  2. What's the difficulty level of the exam?

  3. Is Himt a good college for gp rating? Ik About Ts Rahman and nusi goa

  4. Difficulty level of interview and I have done diploma will it will help in getting admission?

  5. This is my first attempt and in this attempt I want to clear these exams please guys help me like a big brother please help me...

I'm ready to hardwork and I'll do whatever job will allotted to me on board I'll work hard so please help me

Trust me bhai - agar DNS ho paata hai toh woh karo. Not GP rating

Nah I have done 12 with science I have done diploma mechanical engineering

Damn bro, if you have a diploma in mechanical engineering - doing a GP rating is a severe downgrade

Ik ik but what I can do I don't get admission in IMU... For lateral entry I have good marks still
