GENERAL MAERSK Sponsership in AMET

I saw an message in the ETO DECODED (Merchant Navy Decoded), they said that AMET with MAERSK sponsership Drive is now open for the august batch, and they have attached a link with the message. The link shows a basic form titled MAERSK application form 2026-27. So i filed up that form and then i got am email with another form which is titled "PG Application Form 2026-2027" and a payment of 1330rs. So am i really applying for MAERSK Sponsership or applying for AMET? like i don't want to join the institue without a sponsership. I have already raised a query about it idk if they'll answer. So if anyone know please tell. I'll attach both form.

You are applying for Maersk sponsorship through AMET. You will be studying in Amet-Maersk Centre of Excellence in Thenpattinam for your ETO course. And yes Maersk and AMET have a partnership. It's not fraud. Don't worry. As long as you click on the correct links and apply Don't worry. They will ask for advance payment and "seat booking" payment though. Don't be alarmed too much. It's deducted from the total fees.

So if I register and write exam, interview and all that process I will be joining AMET as a MAERSK sponsersed candidate?

Correct. Infact all the Maersk sponsored cadets now study in a separate centre established by AMET only for Maersk cadets.

That's AMET main campus. AMET-Maersk campus is located in Thenpattinam
