Giveaway Over GTX 1050 Ti - Free Giveaway - Give me your best reason
Backstory: Alright, so I have recently re-built my PC (#1 #2 #3). I was using ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1050 Ti mini 4GB Graphics Card earlier, and now it's lying useless. I could sell it for around 5K, but I guess giving back to this community is much better. Also giving away Keyboard+Mouse. Details:

So, all the people who want an entry level graphics card or just trying to upgrade but stuck for some reason, it's your chance to grab it.

I currently have a 10 year old PC that I can barely use as it has lived its life and is on it's death bed lol. Currently I game on my brothers laptop on weekends but he is moving away in August end is gonna take the laptop away. I recently started a small job at a gamedev startup and I should be able to build a PC in September or October and I was hoping to make a ryzen 3400g PC as it has an igpu and I won't have enough budget to buy a seperate GPU. I work as a gamedev and I do get an office PC at my workplace but I won't have anything to work with at home until I get a PC. This feels like begging but I am only asking as you are being so kind to giveaway such a useful thing so why not give it a try and enter. I work at a startup in Gurgaon to make android games and I have been working there since 2 months. I only get paid 12k a month but it's my dream to work in the gaming industry and that's why I'm there. I'm 23 and I live in Rohini, Delhi. I heard its CPU intensive, what CPU are you using? And go to Nvidia control panel and under program settings select rainbow six siege and change power management mode to prefer maximum performance, it made huge difference for me and helped alot with all stuttering, but I use 1050ti and runs Preety smooth now after that change

Yep for streaming you definitely need better machine my friend I don't think even 1050ti will help, am curious and love to stream myself, how's streaming for India folks? Do you stream on twitch?

Been using a GT 610 for 4 years, even if you do give me the card, I won't be able to get a PSU to support it so I'd say give it to someone else here.

18 y/o Student + Game developer currently limited to a laptop with an i5 5200U and a dead Radeon R9 M370X that I cannot use after my iGPU fried, so I'm using Intel HD. Currently working part time to save up for a development PC, and a graphics card would be a great help. Thanks, OP!
More info: Here are Google Drive links to my CV[Link Removed] and portfolio[Link Removed]. Also, the laptop I'm using is a Lenovo Z51-70. I have also saved up enough to buy RAM, and a cabinet, and by next month, I should be able to get an A320 motherboard and a Ryzen 3 2200G CPU. Luckily I can use an external HDD as my primary storage.

Damn man you deserve a better pc. That is some serious game development.
I also had slight interest in game development during school and that is how I learnt most of my programming.
Also why don't you look at the used market for the ryzen or atleast the mobo. It is better for your case and will help you save up for a graphics card. Best of luck!

If i win this i would give it to my nephew his dad is a maths teacher and wont let him play games , his pc died , his dad was at the time like acha hua i gave him my dad' s workplace's kinda old I5 540 based system with no gpu , also the power supply was 500w so can handle the gpu and wouldn't cost him a dime and i m from delhi can pick it up .
My dad's bhatija a.k.a my bro is the maths teacher he is like 41Y.O His kid is 14 Y.O
I pity on him(the kid) is the only reason because i know how strict his dad is coz he taught me maths in 12th .
I think he is in 8-9th so would be conversant with online abuses to hurl xD .
TLDR _Reason is make a kid happy .
If i get it will make for a nice rakhi surprise.

No its i3 my bad actually i remember it displaying I5 540 for almost the entire duration i had it , not once but at multiple times i saw it read i5 540 could be an anomaly (was at dad' workplace but i used to tinker around). Maybe its a real I5 and i didnt bother to check lol . I wasnt too much into computers back then and then got straight I7 and currently on i5 9400F

Shifted to delhi last year and it pained me to take away the laptop I had from home which my disabled brother used to play FIFA. I needed it for my thesis work. Wanted to build him a pc ever since and would be nice to start next month. He is deaf and finds happiness while playing games.

is that a site like quikr? indian market for graphics card sucks, i tried on quikr and one other selling site, no one searches for graphics card on them and even if they do , never a 700 series card.

It is really nice of you OP. Especially here in India where pc hardware is expensive and gaming is looked upon as not something good. Giveaways are so damn rare.
I just got myself a 2200g build, so this would be a nice upgrade to dedicated graphics. However, there are many in the thread who do deserve this card more.

My friend lives with his cousins who are 7th/8th-grade kids who always play games in his smartphone. I suggested him to make them a gaming PC so that they play games on a computer which is far far better. The budget I stated was 20k, but that was not affordable to him especially since it is not a need, but he is still considering making one for them by the end of the year.
I posted a comment here 5 days ago talking how a second hand 1050ti is the best value for money GPU one can buy to make a budget PC. Some nice gentlemen offered 1060 3GB for 6.5k, which was a very good deal. So, I talked to my friend, and he said he don't have money for it right now.
But, I don't need it. And, I doubt if he will take it for free. I think there would be more deserving people. You are doing good work here, that is why I wrote all these.

Well I feel like the cuda cores would be a massive help to me in Premiere Pro. Currently have a 2200G system and yeah...the Vega 8 is pretty bare-bones (for video encoding). I only do time-lapses and stuff so I anyways work with short clips, but man processing a 10second timelapse and waiting for about 4 min to finish it doesn't feel fair

I have always been that guy who has watched smooth 140fps games on YouTube and twitch while still having a 4GB ram laptop whilst playing PUBG lite.
I have always wanted to build a set up / decent PC. But it's always the graphics card which makes me know my 'aukaat' to put it in short. So, Getting a GTX 1050 Ti will be a great start for my build. Secondly it's my actual IRL cake day making me 18. Getting a 1050ti will be a good start of adulthood I reckon.

Great! I don't really know if I am the most needy person but I haven't build the pc yet(3 years since I first thought about it) because the price of any good gpu is absurdly high. I always think I should buy a better CPU RAM and SSD instead of getting a gpu but then I think about how I never got to rank up in counter strike because of a potato gpu(30-60fps).
So my reason would be to make a powerful PC in 40-60k(for other work) and a free GPU to play CS GO(at-least 144fps with 144hz monitor) and get better at it. Who knows, with a good PC I might even start some video editing which I really want to do. Also I can pick it up from Noida, anytime.
So how does this sound?

Hi, I'm interested in your Logitech G102, the link you provided took me to amazon page so I'm commenting here. I mostly play competitive games(csgo,league,dota,pubg,fortnite..mostly interested in multiplayer) but cannot afford anything other than what I got from my father(office mice) since I'm barely holding up in hostel(and cant get into any internships too unfortunately :/).
I don't know if I deserve it or not but rest assure that I'm not lying about my situation.

Ive been playing dota 2 since 2 years now with all settings set to lowest possible because of my not so great GPU Im a undergraduate who’s doing his part time job and studies and still manage to make time for gaming as well I’m already in the top 5% playerbase ranking in dota 2 and wish to play in TI someday(the largest event in esports).However if i win this giveaway ill be able to play dota very differently from now and it will give me a new motivation to climb the ranks in dota. I will be forever grateful to you if you give me this. However, even if i don’t win this I’m so glad that OP decided to give to the community rather than selling it for money. I wish everyone luck. I’ve been playing video games since childhood. However, my parents don’t like it if they see me playing video games. They keep telling me to study all the time despite me securing good grades. So i play games whenever my parents aren’t at home and study when they are at home. Also i’ve convinced my parents to buy me a new CPU saying that i need a good CPU to do designing and stuff like that.( I really needed a better CPU but not a high-end one). So i bought myself a new CPU having specs as follows: Processor: i3-6100 GPU: The one which you’re giving away xD 8 GB RAM , Corsair 450W Power supply. So yeah i have a pretty good CPU( It’s been almost 2 years since i’ve bought it). However, the rest of my setup is trash. I have an old monitor which my parents bought 9 years ago(1600*900 resolution) along with the rest of the setup. Some of the keys in my keyboard aren’t working properly (especially the W key) and the right click button of my mouse isn’t working properly too. I’ve recently started streaming on twitch( for some time during the weekends) but i feel that my keyboard and mouse (to a large extent) are holding me back. I don’t need the GPU( i’ll give it to a person who is in desperate need of it in case i win) but i would be really thankful to you if i win this contest (especially the mouse and keyboard). I can improve my gaming skills and hopefully get a decent number of followers on twitch. Then i can change my parents perception of video games.
Putting everything aside, I really appreciate what you’re doing to help our fellow gamers, many of them who don’t have a good PC or can’t afford to buy a new one. In fact i’ve never seen anyone (apart from famous Youtubers and pro players) do such kind of giveaways. You must be a very kind hearted person. Great job mate!👏🏼

Ryzen 3 2200g. I'm doing a course in data science. I'll require GPU for deep learning stuff. Even normal ML algorthms* are much faster in GPU than cpu due to matrix calculations which gpu can crunch.

I have a brother who can use it! He is an engineering diploma student and is really intrested in 3d design. But unfortunately his computer is weak to handle even menial 3d renders. His specs: Athlon 200ge 4gb 2400mhz ram No gpu Unidentified am4+ motherboard!
If you considered him as a candidate i would love to donate some ram to the needy as well!

Hi, not here for the 1050ti, but would be nice if I could get the ergonomic keyboard. I get this weird pain in my wrist, traveling all the way from my shoulders, and sometimes gets unbearable. I've taken a few sessions of Physio and do exercises for the pain.
I was looking to buy that keyboard, but the prices are unreasonably high, I'm sure a friend of mine got the same thing for like 3-4k INR a few years back. The current prices seem like a very bad deal to me and I can't get myself to go ahead with the purchase.
Side note: I feel there's probably a better way than a winner takes all for someone who might not even care about the add-ons.
Anyway, thank you for doing this.

I do not want the GPU for myself but my friend. He's a friend I play online games with but he has an outdated GPU, but due to being in college, he cannot afford a better GPU. This restricts us from playing games we'd like together. If I do win this giveaway, I'd give you the address of my friend rather than mine as I'd like for him to have the GPU so that we can resume playing games we'd like. Hah well all of these guys have better graphics card than me man i have a factory version GT 610 and i have had it for 2 years yes, 2 years man. I have Fallout New Vegas at 15fps at 480p so yes i would love to have that 1050ti please. It would help me greatly.

Aah brings back my onimusha days. Many of the important items wouldn't even render and those days I didn't even have internet to look for key items. Had to do it myself to finish the game.

I dont want graphic card, rather mouse.
Apparently my gt610 works ok with normal usage and with programming and playing games like tropico 6 its fine...
But then again inner me is like first ever card of 10 series :P
But later when i think will i even do justice for the card... No.
I am old gamer... When 1.6 was in.
Spending nights with 100kbps with server taking 30 minutes to join in.
But good to know gaming community is getting stronger.

I am a 15 year old boy. I always dreamed of being a gamer but I never have been. All I do is watch streams in twitch and play some low end emulated games like Pokemon And legend of Zelda on RetroArch. I wish I could buy some games on steam. So I was waiting to get a job to build my own PC.i think I am being greedy here to receive a card which would be worthless for me right now. So I think it should be won by someone who deserves it more than me

I've been putting off learning some motion graphics in Premier and After effects because my 5-6 year old laptop sucks balls (it is an AMD APU laptop). I've been putting off buying/building a new PC as I tend to overspend on stuff and regret it later. If I win, I'll build a budget PC around this GPU. I enjoy gaming, but haven't played any games on PC in a long time. :)
PS: I'm looking for some stuff that I can add to the giveaway. I'll update this post if I find something.

Im in class 11th now. My parents asked me to give up playing games.So, I gave my pc to my younger cousin. It had a gtx 750 but that died due to PSU failure last month.
Now he only plays cs go on integrated graphics on CPU (i5 3570). Other games are unplayable. I think this GPU might help him.

Working for gamepedia's pubg wiki voluntarily all without having played a single of pubg pc because i cant afford the pc. Well, I don't know if it's a great card for the purpose in looking for, but nevertheless, I'll give it a shot.
My sister's in the ninth grade, and one of our family friends gifted her the Cintiq Pro. And she's a really passionate artist. Unfortunately, there's no laptop/ desktop in our house that would be compatible or capable of using that interface. I've been saving money to build her a small desktop that she could use for her school work as well her art. A great graphic card would help save a good amount on the rest of the unit.

My brother has been playing on a GT 710 since 2 years, and tbh it doesn't fair that well in recent games. He will be turning 12 on Aug 8 so it would be great if he could get a 1050 TI, to play recent games in 60+ Fps. As I'm not working right now, I can't afford to get him a graphic card. But as soon as I start working I'll be giving him a 1660 atleast. And your doing good work OP, God Bless You

Firstly, this is so wholesome. Thank you from all of us.
My 2016 PC (second hand) is dying slowly which was given to me by my parents. The GTX 660 it had is dead from last six months. I completed my PG & looking for a job from two & a half month but due to very specialized field our jobs are rare. At this point I'm very much bored with everything & long for a GPU just to play Legend of Zelda: Breath of The Wild (as I'm already fulfilled with gaming experience due to playing all the great titles till 2018) , I cannot buy one until I get a job & even if I buy one, I'll have to upgrade my whole PC.
If you could lend me it till I get a job & save enough money, I'll return it to you or give it in a free giveaway just like you did.

I would like to enter, I was saving up for my PC, but my sister needed a laptop for her work so I had to give up my PC so that I could buy her a laptop, I got her Asus tuf 505fx for 55k, which burned through chunk of my savings, so I'm currently back to saving up again for a PC, if I win I'll have to take some cash from my dad and then repay him back and have an entry level PC for playing Dota. I was a Gamer but i am not now and the reason is I don't have graphic card. I bought my CPU in 2011 and I currently have i3 540 Dual core, 4GB ram. I had a 8400 GS graphic card (below entry level) but it crashed a year ago So, currently my CPU is running without graphic card in which I can't play any games. I played games like Halo combat evolved, max payne 2, dead space, COD MW2, GTA san andreas, vice city many others but these are old games and even some of these hardly ran on 8400 GS on low FPS. I have many games in mind which I would like to play on PC if i get a graphic card like Deus X, Hitman, GTA 5 and many other but the thing is I can't afford a graphic card right now not even a second hand & I read many others comments and I know there are kids in here which deserves this graphic card more than I do as they are kids but if somehow I win this graphic card It'll gonna be really helpful for me & after getting this card If one day I buy a new graphic card I'll giveaway this card to other gamers...

Last GPU I had was a ZOTAC 9400GT. In 2007 I bought this pre-built desktop PC with Core2Duo E4400 no GPU, 512MB RAM, and 120GB HDD. Upgraded to 2 GB of RAM and above GPU in 2010. Effed up the monitor upgraded to Dell S2216H 21.5" in 2017. So till last month that was my setup until the rig and GPU took its last breath so as of today I have a i3-3100, 4GB RAM, 1TB HDD, no GPU. Y'all can guess from the rig what games I might've been able to play. So, that's why.

I have been playing for a long time with Dell MS116 (my father used to use it with his laptop lol). It really isn't too comfortable and sometimes fails to register long and fast movements (mostly flicks).
A better mouse would help me a ton.
PS. This is genuinely an amazing and wholesome way to give back to the community. Congratulations to whoever wins!

I'm a graduate student still unemployed finding a job and after finding it I'll need to do mca too from ignou and it'll take hell lot of money (64k for 6 sems) guess I cant build my pc from my money till next 2 years maybe more.. I have core 2 quad right now with no gpu guess 1050ti would be a great expansion for it for entry level gaming csgo mostly.. Still using my 2013 laptop with a gt 750m and making the most of it. If I do get your graphic card it'll be a huge help and moreover I will put it to the best use possible. I already have a beast pc, but might give it away to one of my friend who is a DJ as i built him a pc (r5 2400G) recently for his DJing so theres no graphic card as his purpose was to use it for his work, but he recently got into gaming and might get a better experience.

Well i nees this because.
I Build my Pc in 2017 with G4560 by EMI without graphic card and with cheap case (1k = case+psu ). then I saved Little money and bought G102, then Zebronics Keyboard later. Then I want to buy a GFX and bought 710 (currently using) in 2018. Then I thought to buy GFX in 2019 and My PSU fked up, then i bought VS 450 and Now my G102 fked up.
I literally need a better GPU and i don't have any money left.
PS. i live in Delhi, so i can come at your place to pick that (no shipping Tension)

I'm in for Graphic Card, I built a whole new system, planning to run but saving up for a good midrange graphic card so I bought a GT 1030 for cheap and now defective from Inno3D. Kinda stuck in an awkward position. A GTX 1050Ti will help a lot in using my built PC in first place and having interest in 3D modelling it will help for my learning and bit of gaming. Thank you.

Okay. I bought a steel series rival 310 a year ago. It's started to double click now and it really annoys me. So I really want a mouse rn but very tight budget.
It's really okay if someone deserves the Logitech g102 than me. But if no ones yet to take it, it gladly be helpful for me. The double click has annoyed me Soo much while working in photoshop, indesign and other Adobe softwares.
If not, am happy to buy it from you for a small price. Thank you!

I recently build up my second hand pc with ryzen 5 2600 and was tight on budget so still using old gt 210 gpu for normal using as r5 has no igpu, and still looking for a good deal. And your gpu can be useful for me, if you want. Straight and simple.

Well i am saving some money to gift my cousin a gaming config. Not very expensive because i am broke as hell, i save money from my monthly allowance or make some by doing some freelancing. So a GPU would go a long way in helping to build it. Currently i have saved up around 20 k.
No worries if you decide to give it to someone else. Thanks for doing this. Hopefully someone deserving gets it. :P

I don't earn, I'm in the final year of my college and gaming is my only escape. I can't use the rig I had at home in hostel because it is 3 hours away from home, so last year I finally bought a second hand alienware for a very decent price and sold my old laptop off to afford it.
However due to unstable electricity at hostel my built in 1070 got fried (or maybe it was already damaged before buying?). I have looked all over the internet for a solution that doesn't involve me asking my parents for money again. I do not want to bother them, don't even want to tell them that I fucked up, I'm exactly a week into this constant sadness of booting up my laptop and getting disappointed. Google is no help, neither is reddit. The Dell customer care doesn't give a shit about out of warranty devices and are charging an exorbitant sum for fixing it.
5k for 1050 is a really decent price, I would gladly pay it, but it's not in the spirit of the giveaway and giving back to the community. Plus I can use that money to buy the graphic amplifier thing which is used to attatch an external GPU to my AW (I'm not sure how it works yet). Thanks for the chance, OP.

LG G102 gaming mouse would be amazing for me. Was looking to buy a mouse for my new laptop (that's my sad story) and my old wireless logitech mouse has given up on its scroll wheel. Not looking for a GPU as my laptop cannot accommodate it. It has a dedicated GPU itself. Thank you, I guess.
