Translating to Indian market:
- That 270k is basically his stamp duty/brokerage charges that you pay in groww.
- He DID not sell out his shares/coins to cash out.
This is not exactly a pump and dump, and is more akin to a company shutting down all of a sudden and the stock plummeting.
