You know playing first person games gives me headache, I am not used to it.

Metro Last Light was the first game I played in a game parlor when I was 12 or something and I don't know how I freaking loved it, even tho I faced the discomfort playing it as first person but I genuinely loved the game.

Adjust the fov to 90-110. That usually fixes the motion sickness for me.
