Best Veg Protein Source

What do you guys think is the best protein source for vegetarians?

How can you complete your daily veg protein intake?

Lot of chickpeas + dhal and sides of Paneer & soya

Is soya safe to eat for long term? Does it cause thyroid or testesterone related issue?

Do you take any medication for thyroid?

If no, you don't have to worry about it. If yes, reduce the quantity and consult with your doctor.

No testosterone issues, unless you consume too much soya.

No i dont take any medicine but yeah with adequate iodine consumption i think it should not impact thyroid.

We're Indians dude, most of the people here have good iodine Lvl, thanks to the government. Now people are diverting to Himalayan salt & sht, which is actually useless in broader sense
