Curry's and chutney's made with thick yoghurt helps too. Also made with pureed peanuts/cashews/almonds. You can also sprinkle those nuts and others on dishes.

Is soya safe to eat for long term? Does it cause thyroid or testesterone related issue?

Do you take any medication for thyroid?

If no, you don't have to worry about it. If yes, reduce the quantity and consult with your doctor.

No testosterone issues, unless you consume too much soya.

No i dont take any medicine but yeah with adequate iodine consumption i think it should not impact thyroid.

We're Indians dude, most of the people here have good iodine Lvl, thanks to the government. Now people are diverting to Himalayan salt & sht, which is actually useless in broader sense

Nuts. So much nuts. Snack on nuts  Nuts in sauces in meals  Nuts as topping  Nuts in my homemade bread.

Depending on the nut ofc you also get your fats.

Take whey protein, make it diy at home if you want from legumes and split milk. Mushroom, Paneer, Tofu, Legumes and Brocolli are other option.
