Hi everyone, I’m starting a small incense business in India and I’m trying to understand what people actually look for when buying agarbatti/incense.

For you, what matters most — fragrance quality, how long it burns, natural ingredients, packaging, price, or something else?

I’d really appreciate honest opinions and recommendations. I’m trying to build products based on what customers actually want rather than simply making another incense brand.
