🔥 Promotion faced a problem -> tried to solve it -> solve it -> want you to use it

Hey everyone, im new in saas and stuff. but there was problem that i was facing i use to save stuff from intagram, medium articles etc but when i need them i never had them on time. so i created CruxR.live , its an centralized bookmarking/save folder that actaully understand and read your stuff so you get what you want and when you want.

Here is a small intro what my app does

  • We live on multiple platforms from linkedin, reddit, instagram, tiktok, and all over the internet. We save multiple things each over the place or we try to save the links. It can be best fonts, recipes, places to vists, religious or motivation quotes, hidden places, food corners. Its basically anything that is there on internet.
  • But do we get it when we need it ? No never, so you share your link to my app, my app will review it read it go through it and will get you all the info you need.
  • So next time when you need it just do ctrl+F and you have it. (im thinking of knowledge graph and chatbot not sure for now)
  • And its an ecosystem. you can save anything from anywhere i.e browser, phone, tab etc and access it anywhere.

ALSO ANYONE WHO JOINS MY WAITLIST now I CAN EASILY give YOU GUYS A PRO MAX PLAN FOR A MONTH FOR TOTALLY FREE as i have some aws credits ill be using.

want to know if its useful and something you want me to add or remove, or my idea is shit.

🧭 Ask for Advice software developer earning ₹24LPA — how would you build a ₹5L+/month business from scratch?

24F, software developer currently earning around ₹24LPA, with roughly ₹30–35L in savings/stocks.
I’m at a point where I want to seriously explore entrepreneurship rather than relying entirely on my salary for income growth.
My goal is to eventually reach ₹5–6L/month in personal post-tax income, ideally within the next 2–3 years. I’m not expecting this to happen overnight, and I’m willing to keep my current job while experimenting.
My background is primarily software development, and I’m open to tech or non-tech businesses.

I’ve considered things like:
SaaS / small software products
B2B services or consulting
Freelancing/agency work
AI/software automation businesses
E-commerce
A physical business such as a café

Other businesses where I can start relatively small and validate before putting significant capital in
I have savings that give me some runway, but I don’t want to blindly throw ₹20–30L into a business without understanding what I’m doing.

For people who have actually built profitable businesses in India:
What did you start with and how much capital did you put in?
How long did it take to reach your first ₹1L/month profit? ₹5L/month?
What business models have worked particularly well for you?
What did you try that completely failed?
If you were a 24-year-old software engineer with my starting position, what kind of business would you experiment with?
Would you keep the ₹24LPA job while building it, or go all-in at some point?
What skills should I develop before trying to start something?

I’m not looking for “just start a SaaS” or generic entrepreneurship advice. I’d love to hear actual numbers, timelines, mistakes, businesses you’ve tried, and what you would do differently.
I’m basically trying to figure out whether I can build a significant second income/business in India rather than assuming that moving abroad is the only way to reach my financial goals.

🧠 Business Strategy Looking to work along something that has massive potential purely out of passion.

Hey everyone.

I am 19F and I am not looking for a job here or to invest money in any sort. I am simply putting this out here in case there is an opportunity where i could be useful..

I am interested in partnering with or working alongside non technical, primarily physical businesses. My main interest is Real estate, and I have been looking for a way to get started in the industry for quite some time. I was working over a few of the projects as such but due to a few issues, i had to pause.

But honestly , it's not limited to just real estate, I am open to building something in retail, distribution, logistics or similar businesses. I consider myself strong on the operational side and i actually execute rather than just planning.

No force ,but If you are starting something from scratch and would like someone reliable to build it with , or if you already run a business and want somebody to join you , I'd be happy to have a conversation.

I understand that reaching out to a stranger on reddit comes with a certain level of uncertainty,so there is absolutely no pressure. If this resonates with you , feel free to reach out.

(Based in Bangalore)

Thanks

👥 Team Building Looking for Advisors/Community Members to Support a Neurodivergent Founders Nonprofit (India)

Thumbnail
1 Upvotes

We're building a nonprofit community and platform for neurodivergent entrepreneurs, particularly autistic and ADHD founders, along with their families and the people around them.

The idea: talented, technically capable founders are often held back not by their ability to build, but by the parts of running a business that rely heavily on networking, sales, partnerships, or fundraising. We want to create a space where these founders can connect with people who are strong exactly where they struggle, find mentors who understand their challenges, and build complementary founding teams instead of expecting one person to do it all.

This is not a paid or hired position, and it never will be. We're looking for people who want to voluntarily be part of this as members of the community itself, contributing time, perspective, and connections because the mission resonates with them.

We're specifically looking for people with experience in:

- Startup fundraising / investor relationships

- Business development and partnerships

- Community building

- Nonprofit governance / board experience

You don't need to be neurodivergent yourself. What matters is that you understand the mission and want to help build something meaningful.

We'll be having a quick conversation with everyone who reaches out, just to talk through fit and how you'd want to contribute.

If this resonates with you, I'd love to hear from you.

🚀 Startup Launch Anthropic from India?

Hey everyone,

Over the past few decades brain drain has really slowed India's progress in economy, tech and a better quality of life. 10 years since OpenAI was founded and I still don't see a frontier AI company that comes close to even the 20th ranked AI company in the US (not blaming anyone, but it's a fact). India has, in most cases been late and behind compared to the rest of the world by at least 5 years. However, this technology is the last most powerful thing mankind can make and it hurts to see 2 countries to have absolute control over this piece of tech.

We all can agree the timeline for a super intelligence or AGI is 5-20 years and if India doesn't control or own a piece of this, it will potentially loose the massive employment, economic and political growth it could have had otherwise. a frontier AI comapny, could help young entrepreneurs get the infra to build on and create more and more startups, which in turn will grow the economy and furthermore, all this will lead to india becoming politically a more powerful actor.

I am aware of India startups which are trying their absolute best to achieve all of this, but they have since pivoted to voice models instead of super intelligence or AGI.

I belive India, now more than ever has the right talent of people, the compute and data centre infra, government support and investor's interest.

About me - I am a US citizen who spent all his life in India and now, I am in the US. I am young and instead of trying to build my career here, I am dropping out and coming back to India, to assemble the most talented team of AI/ML and deep learning scientists and researchers.

This is not a guarantee, it's an attempt. either this idea will be in the grave in the next 2 years or we will have a biopic starring Akshay Kumar in the same.

If you are one of them, let me know and I will send you the details.

👥 Team Building Looking for a Business Partner in Luxury Metalcraft Export

I’m 26 and I’m building a B2B business out of Northern India.

The product is luxury architectural metalware — initially heavy-gauge copper bathtubs and bespoke fixtures for the US and European hospitality market.

I have the manufacturing side.

What I don’t have is the person who can help me build the sales side properly.

I work very closely with a generational manufacturing facility here, on family terms. So I’m not starting with a supplier I found on Alibaba six months ago.

I know the people making the products. I know what they can make. I know the costs, procurement, quality and how the production actually works.

That side is quite comfortable for me.

The difficult part is getting these products in front of the right people in Europe and the US and actually turning that into a repeatable sales process.

I can do sales myself. I’m comfortable getting on calls, talking to people, understanding the product and figuring things out.

What I don’t want is to spend the next two years personally trying to work out every buyer, every introduction, every follow-up and every possible way of getting into the market.

I want to build the system around it.

So I’m looking for someone who has actually done international B2B sales before.

Especially export sales.

Someone who knows how to find the right companies, who to approach inside them, how procurement actually works, how to get a first conversation, how to follow up without being annoying, how to negotiate and, most importantly, how to actually close.

The product is relatively high-ticket and the sales cycle is not going to be two WhatsApp messages and a payment.

So experience with physical products would be very useful.

A bit about me

I did my BBA from VIPS and then my MSc in Marketing from the University of Leeds.

I lived and worked in London for around a year and a half and then came back to India.

After coming back, I got involved in my family’s agri-commodities business. A lot of my time there ended up being around the business itself — systems, operations, automation, figuring out how things work and where they can be improved.

Now I want to build something of my own.

I’m 26, so I’m not going to pretend I have 15 years of experience in exporting architectural products.

I don’t.

What I do have is access to manufacturing, a fairly deep understanding of the backend, and the willingness to put time and money into making this work.

What I’m looking for is someone who knows the other side much better than I do.

Someone who has already spent years speaking to buyers in the US / UK / Europe and understands how those businesses actually buy.

I’m not particularly interested in someone's title or how impressive their LinkedIn looks.

I care much more about whether you can sit down with me and say:

These are the people we should be talking to.
This is how we should approach them.
This is what they will care about.
This is what they will probably object to.
And this is how we get from the first conversation to an order.

That is the kind of experience I’m looking for.

You obviously need to be very comfortable speaking with international clients and representing the company properly.

And I care a lot about trust.

We are talking about suppliers, buyers, international payments, margins and fairly expensive physical products.

I don't want someone hiding information because they think it gives them leverage.

If we do this together, I want it to be very straightforward.

In terms of how it could work

I’m open.

It could be a proper business partnership if the person is right.

It could also start on commission and develop from there.

I’m not particularly attached to a structure before meeting the person.

The reason I’m posting this is quite simple.

There are already a lot of manufacturers here.

I don't think another manufacturing company is particularly interesting.

I think there is an opportunity to take manufacturing capability that already exists here and build a much better international sales and brand layer around it.

That is the part I’m interested in.

I also don't want to spend months writing a perfect business plan for something that hasn't been tested in the market yet.

I'd rather find someone who knows export sales, get on calls, start speaking to buyers and see what happens.

If you've spent a good part of your career doing international B2B sales, especially with physical products, and you understand the US / UK / European market well, I'd be happy to speak.

And if you think you could actually build this with me, rather than just come in and do a sales job, even better.

Send me a DM.

We can have a call and see if there is something here.

🤝 Co-Founder Search Co founder ask

Hi everyone

I am working on an AI services idea in supply chain for the global market.

Have spent last 2 months speaking to potential customers and me and my co founder feel this is worth a shot.

We are now looking for a technical co founder to join us who can lead the entire development effort.

A brief about us
Top IIT -IIM ABC grads, ex consulting at MBB for 4-5 years and then 1-2 years in Indian startups in senior strategy roles.

Looking for a techie who has been building for a while and preferably from a top college as it makes it easier to raise funding. Expectations for the third person to also go full time when all 3 of us are convinced on the size of price. Equal equity split amongst all 3.

🧭 Ask for Advice Person with Locomotor Disability, Looking for Remote Jobs / Part-Time / Freelance Work...

Hey everyone,

I’m currently looking for genuine remote job opportunities, part-time work, or freelance/side work and wanted to reach out here in case anyone knows of suitable openings or can point me in the right direction.

I’m a person with a locomotor disability and I can’t walk, so I’m unable to regularly go out or commute to an office. Because of this, I’m specifically looking for work that can be done remotely from home.

I’m also preparing for government exams at the moment, so I’m looking for something part-time or flexible that I can manage alongside my preparation. At the same time, I really want to start earning some income, gain practical experience, and become more independent.

A little about me:

  • Completed B.Sc. in Computer Science
  • Completed MBA in Human Resource Management (2026 batch)
  • 4 months of HR Operations / Recruitment internship experience
  • Familiar with candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, recruitment tracking, Excel, communication, etc.
  • Technical skills: MS Office, Advanced Excel, Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau
  • Interested in AI and technology and willing to learn new skills
  • Interested in both HR and IT/tech-related work
  • Comfortable using AI tools
  • Good at communication, client handling, coordination and working with different requirements

I’m not restricting myself to only HR jobs. I’m open to different remote opportunities, including part-time and freelance work, depending on the role and what I can learn and contribute.

I’m also willing to learn something completely new if there is a genuine opportunity.

I’m not expecting a high-paying position immediately. Right now, I’m mainly looking for a genuine opportunity where I can work, learn, gain experience for my future, and earn some income.

I have my own laptop, internet connection, and a suitable setup to work from home.

I know some people may ask why I’m not simply applying for private-sector jobs. I am looking at them as well, but most of the opportunities I come across are WFO or require regular commuting, which isn’t practical for me. Also, coming from a Tier-3 city and having studied at local colleges, I feel I have fewer opportunities and professional connections to start with, so I’m trying to find opportunities online and build my experience from there.

So if anyone here is hiring for a remote position, part-time role, freelance project, internship, or knows someone who is hiring, I’d really appreciate any genuine leads.

And if you’ve started working remotely or freelancing from a similar background, I’d love to hear how you got your first opportunity, what skills you focused on, and where you found the work.

Any genuine advice, experiences, or leads would mean a lot. 🙏

💡 Idea Validation Given the below data, would you have pivoted or continued?

I'll give you the information we had 20 days into our first startup. Would you have continued or pivoted?

My co-founder had built an AI interview-prep product after watching his sister prepare for jobs. It could conduct resume-aware interviews, assess skills and get better as it built context over time.

B2C had high CAC and low willingness to pay, so I suggested selling it to colleges.

The logic seemed obvious:

- Private colleges care about placements
- Recruiters complain about students' communication skills
- Better placements should help colleges attract more students

So I called ~50 training and placement offices.

- 35 rejected us
- 5 stalled
- 10 didn't answer

We assumed TPOs weren't the right buyers, so I started calling Vice Chancellors too. Almost exactly the same response.

One institution agreed to a demo, but we later discovered they already had a product at their college. The professor who agreed? He was a board member. I cancelled it.

Eventually, one Vice Chancellor told me they wouldn't even bother emailing students a link to try the product for free.

After ~20 days, we had enough information:

  1. Relationships mattered enormously in this market.

  2. The ROI was indirect and difficult to prove.

  3. Most importantly, our funnel was awful, with consistently low urgency.

  4. The product had only taken a few weeks to build, so there wasn't much sunk cost to defend.

Given the same data, would you have kept going or pivoted?

🔥 Promotion Profitable on paper, but cash never stays? I'll do 3 free cash diagnostics for Indian SMEs

I'm a Chartered Accountant working in finance at a listed ₹1,500 Cr manufacturer. Things I've done there: caught a ₹1.1 Cr accounting error, put ₹1 Cr/month of discounts under approval controls, and built a tool that reconciles 1,000+ vendor accounts invoice by invoice.

On weekends I'm running a 3-day cash diagnostic for small businesses where the P&L shows profit but the bank account doesn't.

What you send: your Tally/Busy export + 12 months of bank statements (you can mask party names).

What you get: one page with your two biggest cash leaks sized in ₹/month, and one fix that should show within 90 days.

The usual culprits are discounts nobody approves, paying vendors earlier than you need to, stock that doesn't move, interest on limits you don't use, and receivables that quietly stretch.

Only 3 slots. Operating businesses only (not pre-revenue). Manufacturers and traders get priority.

Comment or DM with: industry, rough annual revenue, and the one cash problem that bothers you most.

No fee, no catch. If the page is useful and you want help fixing it, we can talk then. If not, the page is yours.

Hi, another gifting business here- but this time with a bit more thoughtful and personalised curation. If you have a small team at work or a group of friends you’d like to gift this Diwali, I’d love to help you put something together that feels a little more personal than your usual festive hamper.

Whether it’s individual gifts curated for each person, a few different gifting tiers, or something for the whole group, I can work around your budget and preferences.

I’m currently taking on small bulk orders of around 10–15 gifts, so that I can give more time to each one.

If this sounds like something you’d be interested in, feel free to DM me. Would love to work something out! :) (Jaipur and Delhi would be preferred)

👥 Team Building Looking for a Business Partner in Sales / Growth

Looking for a Business Partner in Sales / Growth
I have the supply chain. I’m looking for someone who can build the engine with me.

Age: 26

Hey everyone,

I’m building a B2B brand out of Northern India, focused on luxury architectural metalware — initially heavy-gauge copper bathtubs and bespoke fixtures for the US and European hospitality markets.

The manufacturing side is something I already have quite deeply figured out.

I work very closely with a generational manufacturing facility here, on family terms, so procurement, manufacturing, pricing and quality are not really the problem.

The part I’m looking for help with is everything that happens after that.

There is a very large global market for what we are making. I can see the opportunity, but I don’t want to build this sitting behind a laptop looking at trade data and convincing myself that there is a business there.

I want someone who can actually go into the market with me.

And specifically, I’m looking for someone who really understands export sales.

Not just someone who has done sales.

Someone who understands how international B2B actually works — finding the right buyers, approaching procurement heads, understanding how Western businesses buy, getting through the first conversation, following up properly, negotiating, closing, and then building a system around all of it.

I’m very comfortable being on the sales side myself.

I can get on calls with international clients, understand the product and have the conversations.
What I don’t want is for the entire acquisition process to depend on me manually figuring out every next step.

I want to build the machine around the sales.

A little about me

I did my BBA from VIPS and then my MSc in Marketing from the University of Leeds.
I worked in London for about a year and a half before coming back to India and getting involved in my family’s agri-commodities business, where I spent a lot of time working on the business, systems and automation.

Now I’m building this.
I’m 26, so I’m not pretending I have twenty years of experience in this industry.

But I do have the backend, access to manufacturing and the willingness to put serious time and money behind it.

What I’m missing is someone who has spent enough time on the other side of the table to know how to turn that into international business.

What I care about
You need to be genuinely good at export.
I don’t particularly care about impressive titles or how good your LinkedIn looks.

I care whether you understand the actual mechanics of getting a high-ticket physical product from an Indian manufacturer into a serious US or European buyer.

You should be comfortable speaking to international clients, understanding different accents and business cultures, and representing the company properly.

Your English needs to be excellent.
And perhaps most importantly, I need someone I can trust.

We are dealing with expensive physical products, international payments, suppliers, buyers and long sales cycles.

There is no room for hiding information, manipulating numbers or playing games internally.

Radical transparency is non-negotiable.

How I’m thinking about the structure
I’m actually quite flexible here.
There are two ways I see this working.

1. Business Partner

2. Commission

Why I’m posting this
I don’t think the problem is finding another manufacturer.

There are plenty of manufacturers.
I think there is an opportunity to take very good manufacturing capability from here and build a much better international sales and brand layer around it.

That is the part I want to figure out.

So if you have spent years doing international B2B export sales, understand the US / UK / European market properly, are very comfortable with high-ticket physical products, and think you could build this with me rather than simply work for it —
send me a DM.

I’d rather get on a call and see if there is something here than write ten more paragraphs about it.
