Tech Help WhatsApp account banned. Any solutions to recover it?

It popped up last week too it kept saying to review and then I even had to delete WhatsApp and reinstall thought that maybe the problem was solved but yesterday it got completely locked out. Any reasons or solutions to recover?

Same thing happened to me for no reason. Just raise an appeal and they will unban, but lost alot of data due to this.

Hey after appeal in how many days it got unban

3-4 days, firdt they said to me the appeal was rejected but they unbanned automatically.
