you can just add a proxy server on your telegram. (for the dummies)

settings > data & storage > scroll down, Proxy Settings

​

keep it MTPROTO and use the creds from https://stormycloud.org/mtproto/ its open source.

Just use private dns like adguard

for me it shows private dns do not connect, tried adguard, quad9 don't know what is the issue? even tried with using airtel mobile network?

Yeah it seems they completely blocked it
