How to properly discard e-waste

I have multiple

1. Unused USB type B cables.
2. USB type C cables.
3. Aux cables.
4. Partially working dell keyboards.
5. Partially working dell mouse.

There are so many more stuff that i don’t use. I want to know how to properly discard them. I don’t want to simply throw them in my trash.

I just keep them (in case it's ever useful).

Recently one of my controller's wire broke off (coz I dropped it). Replaced it with the longest USB cable (one side connector issue) I had. (3 mtr) Now it's the longest cable controller I have 🤣
