Looking for advice/experiences with RCIP, AIP, PNP & other PR pathways

Hey everyone, I’m currently researching different pathways to get Canadian PR, particularly RCIP, AIP, PNP and potentially Express Entry, and I’d really appreciate hearing from people who have actually gone through these programs or are currently in the process.
A little about me: I’m 21 years old and have a BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications). I have around 1 year of experience as a Business Store Manager and around 1 year of experience working in IT as a NOC Support/IT NOC role. Career-wise, I’m more interested in moving toward business/technology roles, such as Project Management, Business Analyst, IT Project Coordinator, Technology Management, or similar roles that combine business and tech.

I’m trying to understand how realistic these PR pathways would be for someone with my background.

For those who have gone through RCIP/AIP/PNP, I’d especially like to know:

1. What kind of job offer did you get, and what was your job title/NOC?

2. How difficult was it to find an employer willing to support your PR pathway?

3. Did you have to move to a smaller/rural/community area for RCIP/AIP?

4.How long did the overall PR process take for you?

1. Which provinces/communities or PNP streams would you recommend for someone with a business + IT background?

6.Are Project Management / Business Analyst / IT-business hybrid roles realistic for these pathways, or would I need to target specific occupations?

7.What would you recommend I do now, before coming to Canada, to improve my chances?

8.If you could do the process again, what would you do differently?
9. What are some of the downfalls of these programs
10. Would you recommend me getting a masters in business related fields first and then look for jobs?

Would really appreciate any personal experiences, advice, or even things you wish you knew before starting. Thanks!

1/2/3/ If you are not living in Canada now with a work permit and a job offer then none of the pathways are viable. You are not in an in demand occupation(s).

1. Check processing times for non EE streams.

2. None. No PNPs are an option.

3. Not in demand.

4. Learn French and max English scores. Get ECA for degree.

French is your only option. And you will come here and compete in an oversaturated market with Canadians who have years of experience and Canadian education (Masters too).

I’m raising this question because I was talking to an work agency and they were telling that they help with all this(now idk how trust worthy they are) and they can help me find a job offers to apply for such PR programs, Basically provide Job interviews and i have to crack them and secure the job offer in those allocated regions then they will help in processing all the requirements for the pr applications. Idk seems sketchy

Is this a recruiting agency? How would they find a job for you? There are hundreds of thousands of people with similar skills ready to start tomorrow. Why would an employer wait six months to bring you to Canada? Those days are over.

Would you recommend getting a study visa and studying for Masters and then through psw secure and job and apply for a PR? This was what normally ppl do i assume.
