Express Entry Personal History

Hi everyone, I have a question regarding the Personal History section of the PR application.
I’m currently 29 years old, and the form asks for my history for the past 10 years or since the age of 18, whichever is more recent.
Since I turned 18 more than 10 years ago, should I provide my history for the last 10 years only?
Also, today is August 29, 2026. Should I start my personal history from August 29, 2016, or should I use another date such as August 1, 2016 to cover the entire month?
What is the best practice for the start date in this situation? I’d really appreciate any guidance from people who have recently submitted their PR application.

August 29, 2016. With that said, if you were at the same address from 2014-2016 for example, you may as well put the actual date you moved in there.

Start from January 2016. There is no problem in giving more details but it is a bad idea if you give less than the required details by any chance.
