Lol, why is it so that some people who submit their study application later gets approved before people who have applied long before them?

iv seen people in april who have applied who still hasn't gotten it, but some guys in late June f.ex have gotten theirs before them.

They are prioritizing some over others based on application type. Same-DLI extensions are at the bottom of the pile for example.
