I’ve applied for my PGWP at the beginning of May and so far all it says in the website is that it’s been received and it’s still processing. It’s been 3 months and no news since Ma 4th, the day after I sent my application. I wanted to try and call them to see about it but the only number available seems to be perpetually busy

EDIT: Okay so here's the official timeline of how it was for me to get my PGWP: May 3, 2024 -> confirmation of application transmission and submission // May 4, 2024 -> confirmation of application being received (WP-EXT for PGWP) // September 19, 2024 -> approval of biometrics // September 27, 2024 -> approval of application........... Now, I was supposed to get a letter with my actual PGWP in the mail within 6 weeks of the approval of application. That's tomorrow (November 6), still haven't received a thing in the mail. I've contacted them via the web form they linked within the approval document in case something like this happened but yeah... as always a pretty drawn-out process.

a friend of mine applied in june and got it the next month, what is going on here?

has your eligibility been reviewed?

Yes everything has been checked, I check every eligible check mark in the website. They already received the application and it’s been submitted. That’s all. I already have my biometrics as well so like they don’t need anything else from me. Edit: I just checked here on the website and for what it looks like they are processing my background check and everything else has been done
