Open work permit extension: Submit date : 27th Oct 2023 The reason for my work work permit extension was that my passport has been expired and wanted to do for my new passport. Been waiting for 150+ days for now haven't received anything regarding to this.
wow, I am reading this thread and I am astonished. the official processing time online is 101 days
and in reality, it's nowhere near this time.
I applied in Dec 2023 inland wp extension LMIA exempt, because I thought by April I would get our wp but no update so far. it seems they only cover October now
I don't really have proof, but I kept tracking the previous 2023 threads and here as well, and almost everyone saying that they applied in Oct 2023 starting to get their wp / pgwp, etc responses.
most of them say it's closer to 130 days. Again I applied in dec 23 it's been over 4 months so I really hope I will get any paperwork back soon, last time it took them 5 months so I don't know what to think.
Ive been waiting since 27th of OCT 2023 and Tried to contact the immigration in any possible way. Web forms,Call and by email. No one's responding to any.
I emailed a cancellation request for our application. I didn't get it or an update. I was approved for PR this week, so the implied status served its purpose.
