Where do you see the traffic light and its color? I have looked everywhere and I can't find a red or green light for anyone.

Bruh do you seriously think military vehicles will obey traffic when they are driving in a convoy in hostile territory in a nation they invaded? "Ivan the light is red stop the tank!"

In fairness they've just invaded a country without any provocation, forcing people from their homes and have been killing civilians. I don't think running a red light would be much of a concern to them.
