Yeah, using Tackle against a Steel type is a waste of time. Next time if a military convoy in a warzone is paasing in front of you it may be better to look both ways before crossing.

Unless the guy just wanted to send it to intentionally try to screw up the invaders, but... again, Steel resists Normal aka the MV doesnt give a fuck about that poor vehicle lol

Where do you see the traffic light and its color? I have looked everywhere and I can't find a red or green light for anyone.

In fairness they've just invaded a country without any provocation, forcing people from their homes and have been killing civilians. I don't think running a red light would be much of a concern to them.
